  • NY State Surrogate Decision-Making Committee; Chair and Panel Member, 2000-Present; Represented hundreds of  individuals & families in both Surrogate’s & Supreme Court on matters of physical or mental disabilities

  • As Court Examiner, oversees nearly 100 guardianship matters throughout the 9th Judicial District.
